Doha, January 6 – We who seek the worldwide dominance of Islam must keep in mind the lessons of history: we cannot overcome every opponent at all times; sometimes we must bide our time until we have amassed the power to do so. Similarly, we must not overestimate our strength nor underestimate that of the enemy, including his resolve, as Tokyo learned the hard way. Which is why we keep conducting terrorist operations in the US.
Americans are soft! Their ungodly prioritizing of human life sits at the very center of their moral weakness. We simply need to hit them hard enough, or often enough, and their will to fight will melt away, if they ever even had any. This we tell ourselves again and again, as the Japanese did in the leadup to, and for a time after, Pearl Harbor, and look how it turned out for them. We are in good company!
This reminds me, by the way, of the Resistance to the Zionist Entity. We of course *know* that it constitutes a malignant foreign implant in Dar-al-Islam, and we hold as certain the notion that, deep down, the Jews acknowledge they don’t really belong there. All we must do, therefore, is make things unpleasant enough for them in their “Israel” and they will flee back to wherever. I don’t know, Brooklyn? Where are Jews from? Anyway, the point is, we’ve been operating under that axiom for nigh onto a hundred years now, and we always believe mass Jewish flight to lie juuuuuust around the corner. Year after year, it’s always about to happen with only one more push. It’s imminent! Nothing could cause us to reexamine those assumptions!
Not least because we’re an honor-shame culture, like Japan, and in an honor-shame culture, admission of error is shameful. You see where I’m going with this.
The Japanese knew – at least some, such as Admiral Isaroku Yamamoto, knew – that Japan had a window of but a few months to strike a decisive blow against the US Pacific Fleet to dissuade the American people from challenging the development of the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere. That’s a fantastic euphemism, even better, it pains me to affirm, than our supporters’ pathetic insistence that “Intifada” just means “shaking off” that a call for Palestine to be free “from the River to the Sea” merely expresses a desire for peaceful coexistence with Jews. Anyway, Yamamoto and some others realized that American industrial material potential doomed Japan in any protracted conflict. They simply erred in assuming that the Pearl Harbor operation would discourage, rather than enrage, Americans. We, too, soldiers of Muhammad, march down the same glorious path!
It did not end with Yamamoto. As the war progressed, Japan again and again sought a decisive engagement to destroy US naval power, and with it, the US will to keep fighting, and each time failing. Midway. The Philippine Sea. Kamikazes. Iwo Jima. Okinawa.
Inshallah.
