US Aid To Israel, Ukraine AGAIN Fails To Spark WWIII

Also noted: the odd phenomenon of US adversaries lacking any corresponding concern that their own policies might provoke global conflagration.

Washington, December 2 – Observers marveled again today that the continued provision of arms and other materials to embattled American allies has not, as many critics keep predicting, provoked an apocalyptic conflict with Russia or anyone else.

Pundits and analysts alike expressed their amazement, even disbelief, that those warning of World War Three if the US keeps assisting Israel and Ukraine militarily and otherwise, again proved mistaken.

“I don’t understand it,” acknowledged CNN anchor Jake Tapper. “Trustworthy experts such as Jackson Hinkle, Tucker Carlson, and Glenn Greenwald have assured us that American material support for Russia’s allies will essentially force Vladimir Putin to launch nuclear weapons at the US. Yet here we are, with US material support for Israel – facing Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Iranian proxies – and Ukraine – facing the army of Putin himself – having not only not let up, but in some cases increased, and for some yet-unexplained reason, we’re not in the midst of nuclear fallout.”

FOX Network host Sean Hannity observed something similar. “Lots of concerned Americans have warned not to provoke World War Three by pissing off Russia, Iran, China, whoever,” he noted. “Many of the same crowd have also proclaimed their determination not to fight in this always-on-the-doorstep World War, and certainly not to die in such a war for Israel. It makes one wonder, with the assumption that aggressive American foreign policy will spark greater conflict, as opposed to deterring foes, seeming not no hold up, what other assumptions might also be off the mark? I notice, for example, that no American soldiers have ever died for Israel, so that seems like a weird concern to have after decades of it constantly coming up in the discourse, but that many, many Israeli soldiers – and civilians – have died confronting foes of the US.”

“But the grifters have to keep using that trope,” he continued, “because it resonates. Antisemitism sells – you just have to dress it up in terms that appeal to the target audience, be it social justice, racism, communism, capitalism, isolationism, what have you. A cash cow. Why mess with a good thing?”

The observers also remarked on the odd phenomenon of America’s adversaries declining to adopt any corresponding concern that their own policies at odds with US interests might provoke global conflagration. “It’s mysterious,” commented X personality and former Fox host Jesse Kelly. “One might even be led to wonder whether American weakness and hesitation, as manifest in the constant worry about such global conflagration, invites aggression. That couldn’t be, obviously. It would undermine everything everyone loves to think.”
